Overview

Designed and built a highly configurable, multi-tenant SaaS platform to help traditional businesses transition from manual workflows to fully digital operations. The system enables organizations to manage sales, inventory, purchasing, and analytics through a plug-and-play modular architecture — so each customer can tailor the platform to their exact operational reality.

This project combined product thinking, multi-tenant architecture, and AI-powered automation to create a scalable solution adaptable across different industries and business sizes.

My Role & Impact

Leadership & Ownership

  • Served as CTO and primary technical decision-maker across all engineering and product directions
  • Led system architecture design from initial concept through to production deployment
  • Managed and mentored the development team, setting technical standards and delivery processes
  • Acted as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering, translating operational problems into software solutions

Technical Contributions

  • Approximately 60% hands-on code contribution across backend, frontend, and infrastructure
  • Designed the multi-tenant data architecture and modular service layer from the ground up
  • Built and iterated on the AI-powered email automation pipeline end-to-end
  • Owned the forecasting, analytics, and reporting systems powering business decision-making
  • Mentored team members on SaaS architecture patterns, product thinking, and clean API design
